RADIOTOMB v0.1.3

This is BUGFIX build v0.1.3 of RADIOTOMB. Note that for the sake of fairness while participating in Cosmic Horrors Jam II, all updates to the game will be essential bugfixes and usability additions only - with no added 'content' (For now, this will unfortunately also preclude improvements that would make the game's objectives easier to understand).

Major Changes

• Somewhat improved performance (the game still won't play nice on weaker CPUs)
• Added a pause menu with quit option
• Fixed some areas that enemies could phase through or get stuck on
• Fixed some audio bugs
